We are recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor to support delivery across a portfolio of rail infrastructure works in the Cambridge region. The Role
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take a lead role in managing the commercial aspects of rail projects, ensuring effective cost control, risk management, and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Working across sites in Hatfield and Cambridge, you will collaborate closely with operational teams and stakeholders to drive commercial performance and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial management of assigned rail projects
- Cost and value reporting, including CVRs
- Cash flow forecasting and budget management
- Administration of contracts and ensuring contractual compliance
- Management and valuation of variations and change control
- Subcontractor procurement, management, and final accounts
- Preparation and submission of applications for payment
