West Ruislip £80,000 + Car Allowance + Full Benefits Hybrid Working (Minimum 3 Days On Site) Work on a Major UK Rail Programme.
This is a proper Senior QS role. Big project. Structured environment. Real commercial responsibility. You’ll be joining a high performing commercial team delivering complex rail and M&E packages on a nationally significant infrastructure scheme. If you’re confident in NEC, comfortable managing subcontractors and want exposure to a major programme without being micromanaged, this is one to look at.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full commercial management of allocated packages
- NEC4 contract administration (including Network Rail forms)
- Subcontractor management from procurement through to final account
- Change management and compensation events
- Monthly CVR reporting and cost forecasting
- Risk and opportunity management
- Working closely with delivery and engineering teams
You won’t just be processing paperwork. You’ll be influencing outcomes.
