The Role and About You

As a Night Shift Train Cleaning Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated team to maintain the highest cleanliness standards across depot trains.

You will assign tasks, conduct audits, and support your team while also engaging in hand‑on duties such as train interiors, toilet sanitisation and CET tank disposal.

  • Experience in cleaning, preferably in a vehicle, industrial or domestic environment.
  • Previous team leader experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, attention to detail and effective communication.
  • Comfortable working night shifts from 20:00 to 06:00, in a 4‑on 5‑off rotation followed by 5‑on 4‑off.
  • A medical, drug and alcohol test is required for this safety‑critical role.
