Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Night Shift cleaning team to achieve high cleanliness standards prior to trains resuming service.
- Coordinate roster coverage (4 on/4 off or 5 on/4 off) on the night shift, typically 20:00 to 06:00 on a rolling rota, including weekends.
- Ensure safety and compliance in a safety-critical environment; promote a clean and safe environment for passengers.
Requirements
- Experience in a vehicle/industrial or cleaning environment.
- Experience in a team-leader or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to oversee a diverse team to meet targets.
- Keen eye for detail and pride in delivering a clean environment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening (training provided for depot protection, site safety and cleaning solutions).
