The role of the Field Account Manager is to drive profitable sales growth and to elevate the brand’s positioning within the UK & IRE Wholesale marketplace. We are looking for someone who is commercially focused and driven by financial KPIs, with a strong emphasis on growing existing wholesale business and developing “brand-right” partners aligned with the brand’s premiumisation journey.
Responsibilities:
- Own the E2E service of each wholesale partner with excellence from sell-in to driving sell-out.
- Drive SIS executions and Brand visibility in-store.
- Deliver best-in-class GTM standards and deliver the quarterly seasonal collections with impact.
- 360 management of assigned account base in managing day-to-day issues.
- Full cross-functional collaboration to resolve supply discrepancies, credit issues and general account queries.
- Key KPI delivery in line with the wider business objectives: net sales, market share, margin & rate of sale.
- Manage and oversee marketplace and distribution decisions of brand with integrity.
- Maintain weekly market reports coupled with a clear action plan.
- Essential to the success of this role is the individual’s effectiveness in working cross-functionally.
- Working collaboratively with the local Merch team to drive the assortment, ROS planning and feeding into the wider product line with market needs.
- Weekly meetings in place with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to drive orderbook conversion in line with the MSE (Monthly Shipping Estimate) targets.
- Actively partake in the weekly sales meeting and share opportunities and risks with creative solutions to your area of business.
Profile:
- Product segmentation and differentiation across account base: right product, right customer!
- Account resolutions: credit, supply chain decisions.
- Strategically select partners to target SIS execution / concept POS aligned to a ROI metric.
- Industry: Ideally in apparel/fashion/footwear/sport or FMCG.
- Functional: 2-3 years in Sales with strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Language: English Fluent both verbally and in written.
- Field based in the market 3/4 days per week minimum.
- Right to work in the UK.
