Responsibilities

  • Develop financing plans for energy storage projects in the covered regions.
  • Liaise with local banks and financial institutions, coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, financial, etc.), and drive the financing process to achieve Financial Close (FC).
  • Oversee the execution of loan agreements to ensure compliance with financing terms.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with financial institutions, submit periodic reports, and provide required documentation.
  • Monitor project financial performance and debt servicing, identifying and resolving potential risks in a timely manner.
  • Support potential refinancing or other financial optimization activities.

Investment Analysis

  • Conduct financial modeling and investment analysis for projects in specific countries to evaluate feasibility and support investment decisions.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling for infrastructure projects (PF/LBO models).

Mergers, Acquisitions, and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)

  • Participate in contract negotiations related to PPAs and project acquisitions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in related transactions is a plus.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in:
  • Project Financing: Candidates with successful financing case studies will be prioritized.
  • Investment Analysis: Familiarity with financial modeling for infrastructure projects (PF/LBO models).
  • PPA or M&A-related Work: Demonstrated expertise in related transactions is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
  • Other Skills: Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities. Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with excellent teamwork skills.
