Responsibilities
- Develop financing plans for energy storage projects in the covered regions.
- Liaise with local banks and financial institutions, coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, financial, etc.), and drive the financing process to achieve Financial Close (FC).
- Oversee the execution of loan agreements to ensure compliance with financing terms.
- Maintain ongoing communication with financial institutions, submit periodic reports, and provide required documentation.
- Monitor project financial performance and debt servicing, identifying and resolving potential risks in a timely manner.
- Support potential refinancing or other financial optimization activities.
Investment Analysis
- Conduct financial modeling and investment analysis for projects in specific countries to evaluate feasibility and support investment decisions.
- Familiarity with financial modeling for infrastructure projects (PF/LBO models).
Mergers, Acquisitions, and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)
- Participate in contract negotiations related to PPAs and project acquisitions.
- Demonstrated expertise in related transactions is a plus.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in:
- Project Financing: Candidates with successful financing case studies will be prioritized.
- Investment Analysis: Familiarity with financial modeling for infrastructure projects (PF/LBO models).
- PPA or M&A-related Work: Demonstrated expertise in related transactions is a plus.
