Freightliner is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HRIS Analyst to join our currently two person HRIS team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who enjoys working with data, has strong analytical skills, and is comfortable using IT systems.

About the Role

As part of the HRIS team, you will support the management and maintenance of our HR systems, working across two leading HCM platforms: SAP SuccessFactors and Workday. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supporting reporting requirements, and helping deliver reliable HR information to the business. No prior HRIS experience is required - full training will be provided. What matters most is your attention to detail, your ability to analyse and interpret data, and your willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee data across HR systems;
  • Support data entry and ensure high standards of data accuracy;
  • Assist in producing HR reports, metrics, and analysis;
  • Support system changes, testing, and continuous improvement activities;
  • Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and stakeholders;
  • Assist with system audits and data validation exercises.
