Support volunteer members supervised by the Volunteer Coordinator. Provide information and referrals for needed services. Collaborate with Stairway to Recovery staff to connect community members with volunteer programs. Conduct outreach via recovery programs, jails, prisons, support networks, and networking events. Enhance community awareness through media outreach and community events. Maintain up-to-date documentation. Participate in collaborations offering educational, employment, and medical support. Attend workshops and trainings related to wellness and recovery engagement. Participate in local coalitions supporting recovery. Assist with data collection for reporting and evaluation. Attend monthly supervision with the Program Director. Work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Qualifications Knowledge of substance abuse issues, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Recovery experience of at least 2 years preferred. Familiarity with the local recovery community in Brockton area. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
