Who are we looking for?
The UX Designer will be responsible for creating outstanding customer and user experiences, delivering world-class UI based on solid user research and analytics. They will conduct extensive research to build a clear picture of customer and user needs as part of Product Discovery, enabling our technology teams to make informed decisions that drive exceptional customer and user experiences.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Embed UX within Product Discovery, working closely with Product Owners and Managers, Software Engineers, and UX Researchers to explore, validate, and iterate on early-stage product ideas.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Embed a data-driven approach to UX by defining and implementing success metrics for customer journeys and MVP deployments.
What you’ll need:
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in B2B SaaS or telecommunications.
- Design Tools: Proficient in Figma or similar design tools.
- User Research: Familiarity with usability testing, customer journey mapping, and research analysis.
- Design Systems: Experience contributing to and maintaining a design system and working with component library containing UI assets.
