Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.
Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Technical architect to join our team here at Gamma to provide governance and support to developments teams designing and building new OSS/BSS functionality.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Owner of technical designs and decisions for new features and projects.
- Supporting development teams in implementing new functionality while ensuring that the correct processes and patterns are being followed.
- Provide development teams with the architectural context to make their decisions, taking in information from the wider business such as business and product strategy, overarching technology strategy.
- Work with senior stakeholders to define and understand requirements.
- Influence future road maps made within the OSS/BSS domain.
- Work with development teams and business stakeholders to ensure the future scalability and extensibility of the OSS/BSS applications while meeting business expectations.
- Be a technical SME within the BSS/OSS domain.
What you’ll need
- Ability to read and understand relevant programming languages.
- Experience of working within an architecture team and ensuring designs align with existing roadmap and strategy.
- Experience in providing leadership and guidance to peers.
- Knowledge of relational and noSQL databases.
- Deep knowledge of MSSQL.
- Expert in influencing others and driving for positive outcomes.
- Experience in OSS/BSS, end consumer purchasing or financial systems.
- Experience designing systems for sales to other businesses (B2B) or for onward sale to end consumers (B2B2C).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Experience with APIs and web services.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
