What is the role responsible for?
We are looking for a Security Sales Specialist to drive growth and adoption of Gamma's Security portfolio by acting as a trusted subject matter expert across partners, customers and internal teams.
The role combines technical consultancy, sales enablement and product education to help partners position, sell and retain Gamma security solutions.
Your primary outcome will be to increase active security‑selling partners, influence pipelines, and support revenue growth across Security and Connectivity.
What will you be doing day‑to‑day?
Here are a few examples of what you could be involved with
- Act as the Security Subject Matter Expert, providing technical and commercial guidance to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Support security opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Work closely with BDMs, Partner Managers and partner sales teams to grow security revenue and increase active security‑selling partners.
- Deliver partner meetings, enablement sessions, workshops and customer presentations remotely and on‑site.
- Run agenda‑led meetings that uncover customer challenges and align Gamma Security solutions to business outcomes.
- Deliver value‑led demonstrations that support opportunity progression and conversion.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Gamma's Security proposition, roadmap and market positioning.
- Share competitor insights, market trends, and partner feedback to help shape future strategy and product development.
- Maintain accurate opportunity management, forecasting, and activity tracking in Hub Spot.
- Identify commercial opportunities, promotions, and initiatives that improve competitiveness and accelerate growth.
- Educate internal teams on the Security portfolio, product development, and sales messaging.
- What you’ll bring
You don’t need experience in everything listed—but we’re especially keen to hear from people with some of the following skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in Cyber Security, Security Pre‑Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Security Specialist roles.
- Strong understanding of cyber security solutions such as Network Security, MDR, SOC, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, SASE/SSE, and Identity & Access Management.
- Proven experience supporting the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Ability to translate technical security concepts into business value for customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with 2+ years of customer‑facing experience delivering workshops, demos, and enablement sessions.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Dynamics, with responsibility for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
- Experience working with partners, MSPs, MSSPs, or telecoms providers to drive revenue growth is highly desirable
- Relevant security certifications (Security+, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Security, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.) are highly desirable.
