Who are we looking for?
A UCaaS sales individual who excels in understanding the technicalities of their product suite and enjoys demoing to customers / partners.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
This role is responsible for contributing heavily towards the effectiveness of a busy UCaaS/CCaaS Sales Specialists team at an important time in Gamma's UCaaS portfolio evolution. Providing support across a large and demanding channel partner base, building value into Gamma's value proposition in a highly competitive landscape, all whilst working to a team target. Although team based, this role will be autonomous in nature being very much field based so will require plenty of self-motivation. This role will be responsible for running meetings and training sessions with partners, conducting product pitches and working to establish Gamma as a primary choice of supplier. Cisco based products will play heavily into the role alongside Gamma's extensive U/CaaS portfolio. Key Accountabilities:
- Supporting the channel sales team across Gamma’s UCaaS and CCaaS
- Creating marketing initiatives and heavily contributing into product development - Ideas based on feedback, prioritised and business cases presented
- Holding regular partner and internal training sessions on the UCaaS / CCaaS product suite
- Ensure competitiveness in the market and introduce new promotion ideas
- Managing the channel UCaaS sales inbound inbox
- Selling, closing, sales pitching for and on behalf of BDM’s and Gamma partners alike
- Being the ‘go to’ person who can provide informative and accurate answers and the person of trust to deliver a pitch perfect presentation and demo that will ultimately close the deal.
- Provide regular contribution to the team’s competitor insights and industry analysis internal forum, presenting back findings, observations, discussion points and opinions.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in UCaaS / CCaaS PBX and/or hosted telephony
- Experience of selling into the SME (sub 250) sector
- Cisco, Broadsoft, LG or any other hosted or PBX based platform a positive
- Able to articulate/converse about key hosted technologies, markets and landscape
