Who are we looking for?
Reporting to the Product & Voice Ops Support Manager, this is a hands-on Provisioning Engineer position that requires a broad range of technical skills, including delivering complex migration activities, managing Engineering-led infrastructure projects, and handling network change. The Provisioning Engineer’s role is to support the Gamma Labs department on delivering change across Gamma’s Voice & UCaaS products. This is a hybrid role based out of either our Manchester or Glasgow office.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Be responsible for delivery of complex migration activities.
- Manage network-wide change and infrastructure projects.
- Possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Be empowered to innovate and develop smarter ways of working.
- Provide feedback to internal development teams with regards to creating and improving automation procedures.
- Participate in network project work or customer change activities which may also include out of hours.
- Possess the ability to drive issues to resolution to meet customer service level agreements and customer expectations.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Be a self-starter, proactive, highly organized, and capable of working well with individuals at all levels in the organization.
- Be an excellent team player with a proactive mindset, with a passion for working together as a team to achieve goals.
- Possess good interpersonal, written, oral, and analytical skills, as well as being innovative and dedicated.
- Thrive in an environment where you are trusted to work smart and hard without micromanagement.

- Experience of identifying and implementing infrastructure upgrade programmes.
- Experience in implementing and troubleshooting infrastructure solutions.
- Continuous improvement mindset and an innovative and collaborative attitude.
- The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to help prioritise and implement business and customer requirements.
- Consistent and clear communication is imperative for this role.
- We expect the Provisioning Engineer to engage with all key stakeholders including the customers across a variety of mediums.
