Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies for stock and inventory across multiple categories, including onboarding new devices and managing the endâofâlife process.
Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts.
Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and service improvements.
Manage the ELG, HP, Yealink and other stock processes, raising purchase orders, organising freight booking and monitoring delivery (sea and air).
Maintain supplier relationships and performance through regular reviews, audits, QBRs, service review meetings and securityârelated meetings.
Collaborate with logistics, warehouse and finance teams to streamline procurement processes.
Analyse market trends and supplyâchain risks to inform purchasing decisions.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and inventory levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations and ethical standards.
Lead and mentor junior procurement staff where applicable.
Work with finance to ensure timely financial reporting and conduct stock audits as required.
Provide adâhoc warehousing support when needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in procurement, supply chain or inventory management.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent analytical and forecasting abilities.
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems including SAGE.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
