Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data, and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish, and Benelux business markets.
Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- On-site installation of customer solutions both at customer premises and in Data Centre locations across the UK for Voice and WAN/SDWAN Solutions.
- Onsite structured cabling to support deployment of SDWAN and Voice handsets.
- Site Audits and Wireless surveys/design.
- Co-op diagnostics from remote customer sites to assist with resolving complex faults.
- Provide Out of Hours on-call assistance to customers, and where appropriate, provide on-site support and replacement of hardware.
- Maintain accurate records of the equipment, including its configurations, in an asset database, performing regular reviews and audits of the existing records.
- Perform technical support and collate further information where required to pass onto Senior stakeholders.
- Manage work threads to SLA, working alongside other teams (both internal and external) to exceed customer expectations.
- Understanding of LAN environments and installation of CPE incorporating Access points.
- Experience of troubleshooting large/complex LAN environments.
What you’ll need
- Configuration and deployment/installation of complex LAN environments.
- Previous experience in technical support for LAN environments.
- Previous experience and knowledge of Meraki deployment (SDWAN).
- Experience in performing structured cabling and tracing faults.
- Experience in performing wireless surveys/design.
- Installation of Cisco CPE.
