Who are we looking for?We\’re looking for an organised and driven Customer Fulfilment Manager to join our Gamma Direct team. Sitting at the heart of the customer journey, this role is vital to ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from order acceptance through to delivery and revenue recognition.

Whether you\’re coordinating complex solutions in partnership with project teams or independently managing simpler orders from start to finish, this is a role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in every aspect of the delivery lifecycle and build strong relationships across the business, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their career.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

• Taking ownership of the full order fulfilment cycle.
• Managing and validating customer requirements with accurate data entry.
• Overseeing provisioning with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Coordinating multiple workstreams, identifying risks, and ensuring delivery against timelines and budgets
• Providing regular customer updates.
• Supporting project teams with data reporting and customer communications.
• Challenging provisioning delays and escalating issues where needed.
• Ensuring data integrity and compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously improving performance through KPI tracking and collaboration with Quality Assurance

What you’ll need:

• Experience of working in an administrative environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage your own workload
• Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
• Competent user of Excel and general MS Office tools
