Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a meticulous individual who has great attention to detail and can manage multiple tasks at any one time. You will enjoy learning new skills and will have a keen interest in self-development. This is a varied role where you get to work on administrative tasks across the Bid Team.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Supporting the Bid team with administrative tasks on bids and tenders.
- Communicating with both internal stakeholders and external framework providers.
- Be the central point of contact for our proposals system.
- Working with AI to improve day to day practices.
- Complete MI reporting and relevant audit tasks.
- Upholding compliance within the Bid team.
- Work with the Enablement function to develop training programmes for the Sales Team.
