Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.
Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Mobile Enablement to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and operation of the Gamma Mobile platform. As the Head of Mobile Enablement, your primary responsibilities will include providing leadership and direction to the mobile enablement team and overseeing the strategic development and management of the Gamma Mobile platform. Your role will be crucial in driving our success in the MVNO market.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Leadership: Lead and inspire the mobile enablement team and cross-functional teams working on Gamma Mobile.
- Platform Design and Development: Provide direction on how to architect and develop Gamma’s Mobile platforms and plan for future enhancements.
- Supplier Selection: Identify and select key suppliers for Gamma Mobile components, ensuring a balance between cost, quality, and system redundancy/resilience.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with Gamma Mobile suppliers to secure optimal terms.
- System Operations: Manage the in-life operations of all live systems to maintain high Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Team Development: Coach and develop a senior team of reports, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
What you’ll need
- Exceptional understanding of MVNE platform components and commercial aspects.
- Proven experience in designing, launching, and operating an MVNE platform.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior management within and outside the organization to achieve strategic goals.
- Track record of successful high-value 3rd party supplier negotiations.
- Commercially astute with a keen understanding of the telecommunications industry.
