Are you ready to take your Sound Designer skills to the next level? We are looking for a talented Sound Designer with at least 2 years of experience in sound design, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry. This role combines creative sound design, audio implementation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, engaging player experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Game Designers, Developers, and Artists to define the audio direction and requirements for new games;
  • Design and produce sound effects, ambient soundscapes, and user interface audio;
  • Compose and edit background music that fits the theme and pacing of each game;
  • Implement and fine-tune audio elements using middleware or game engine integration tools;
  • Conduct audio testing and ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all platforms and devices;
  • Maintain organised libraries of reusable audio assets and templates;
  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and industry standards for all audio used;
  • Assist in creative ideation, contributing to overall game experience concepts and player psychology analysis;
  • Take part in brainstorming and reviews of other games in production, offering audio-focused feedback.

What You'll Need To Have

  • Strong knowledge of audio production, sound design, and music composition;
  • Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Adobe Audition, Logic Pro);
  • Familiarity with audio implementation tools such as FMOD, Wwise, or Unity/Unreal audio systems;
  • A passion for games, including a good understanding of the iGaming space and audio trends in casino games;
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently across multiple projects;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a multi-disciplinary team;
  • Knowledge of audio standards and file formatting for mobile and web platforms;
  • Strong organisational skills, with experience managing sound libraries and naming conventions;
  • Experience in integrating audio with animations and game events is a plus.

  • Participate in team-wide brainstorming sessions;
  • Contribute to the refinement of production processes and best practices;
  • Stay up to date with trends and innovations in audio for games;

Qualifications

  • A degree or certification in Sound Design, Music Production, Game Audio, or a related field;
  • At least 2+ years of experience in sound design, ideally in the gaming or entertainment industry;
  • A portfolio demonstrating sound design, composition, and audio implementation in games or multimedia projects;
  • Experience working with game development teams and cross-functional roles is highly preferred.
