All you need is:

  • Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth for a B2B iGaming product;
  • Demonstrable experience leading the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across diverse audiences (including C-level stakeholders);
  • Strong planning, organisational, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to translate multi-quarter outcomes into near-term milestones;
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities, diagnose funnel leakage, and improve processes;
  • Ownership mindset: proactive, hands-on approach, with accountability for outcomes and execution quality;
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on short notice to secure key deals and represent the company;
  • Fluent English (written and verbal);
  • CRM ownership and discipline (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent);
  • Pipeline analytics and forecasting tools (CRM reporting, BI dashboards, or equivalent);
  • Prospecting and outreach tooling (LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent).

Also, it will be great if you have:

  • Experience selling multi-geo, where regulations, local market realities, and procurement cycles differ by region;
  • Strong public speaking confidence and experience representing a company at events, panels, webinars, and media opportunities;
  • Existing network of relevant B2B decision-makers and partners.

Your daily adventures will look like:

  • Building and continuously refining a clear GTM roadmap for priority regions, including ICP definition, segmentation, sales motion, and partner strategy;
  • Continuously realigning sales execution based on performance, including stop-loss governance;
  • Generating new leads and establishing strategic partnerships through proactive outreach, networking, and ongoing communication;
  • Leading customer meetings, delivering compelling product presentations/demos, and running negotiations through to signature;
  • Building, maintaining, and optimising customer and prospect databases to support long-term performance and retention.

Sales leadership & team performance:

  • Building and scaling a high-performing sales function: hiring plan, enablement, coaching routines, and a culture of accountability and improvement;
  • Setting and adjusting performance metrics for the sales team, tracking progress, and ensuring targets are met.

Sales operations, forecasting & reporting:

  • Owning CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and reporting cadence;
  • Tracking performance, analysing sales activity, and compiling weekly/monthly reports highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.

Cross-functional alignment & market presence:

  • Building effective cross-functional relationships with Product, Marketing, Account Management, Ops, and leadership to ensure a cohesive commercial approach;
  • Representing the company at industry conferences and exhibitions, organising participation, and ensuring commercial outcomes from event activity;
  • Participating in interviews, live speaking engagements, collaborating with PR, and leveraging personal business network to support growth.
