This is a high-impact leadership role focused on transforming an established product into a best-in-class B2B platform that can compete with leading industry solutions and support our expansion into Tier-1 regulated markets.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define the long-term product vision, drive platform strategy, and lead a team of product managers responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and market-leading capabilities. You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Commercial, Compliance, and Operations to ensure our platform continues to meet the evolving needs of operators while maintaining the highest standards of performance, reliability, and regulatory readiness.

All you need is:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in a senior product leadership role;
  • Proven experience leading product strategy for B2B platforms within the iGaming industry;
  • Deep understanding of Player Account Management (PAM) platforms and their core domains, including Wallet, Payments, CRM, Bonus Engine, Responsible Gaming, Risk & Fraud, KYC, and Back Office;
  • Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and leading B2B platform providers within the iGaming industry;
  • Experience building product strategies for regulated markets and supporting Tier-1 operator requirements;
  • Proven track record of scaling complex software platforms and leading cross‑functional product organisations;
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience influencing executive leadership;
  • At least an upper‑intermediate level of English.

Your daily adventures will look like:

  • Defining and owning the long-term product vision and strategy for our proprietary PAM platform;
  • Leading the evolution of the platform into a Tier-1 competitive product, capable of serving enterprise operators across regulated markets;
  • Building, mentoring, and developing a high‑performing product management organisation;
  • Owning the product portfolio, roadmap prioritisation, and investment decisions across multiple product domains;
  • Partnering with engineering leadership to deliver scalable, API‑first, highly configurable platform capabilities;
  • Driving continuous product discovery through customer feedback, market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends;
  • Establishing product KPIs and using data‑driven insights to measure adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact;
  • Collaborating closely with Commercial, Customer Success, Compliance, and Operations to ensure product‑market fit and successful customer delivery;
  • Representing product at the executive level, influencing company strategy and aligning product investments with long‑term business objectives;
  • Championing a product culture focused on innovation, customer value, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
