Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) seeks an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to support the HR team in the UK office in Bangor, North Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between cross‑functional teams to execute routine HR duties, including coordinating meetings, creating offer letters, and updating employee records in the HR system.
- Complete digital filing and organization.
- Assist with full‑cycle recruitment, including inductions.
- Answer employee queries and provide assistance with company policy questions.
- Maintain and update the internal HR Records System in Ceridian Dayforce and other HRIS platforms.
- Update organizational/space charts.
- Coordinate employee training and policy acknowledgements through the HR Management System.
- Support employee relations issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain data integrity.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Education, Experience and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in HR administration or a comparable field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior experience with Ceridian Dayforce or other HRIS systems is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present information, respond to employee and management questions, and work independently and within a team.
- High attention to quality, detail, and correctness.
- Fluency in English sufficient to perform job duties.
