Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) seeks an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to support the HR team in the UK office in Bangor, North Wales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between cross‑functional teams to execute routine HR duties, including coordinating meetings, creating offer letters, and updating employee records in the HR system.
  • Complete digital filing and organization.
  • Assist with full‑cycle recruitment, including inductions.
  • Answer employee queries and provide assistance with company policy questions.
  • Maintain and update the internal HR Records System in Ceridian Dayforce and other HRIS platforms.
  • Update organizational/space charts.
  • Coordinate employee training and policy acknowledgements through the HR Management System.
  • Support employee relations issues as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain data integrity.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Education, Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in HR administration or a comparable field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience with Ceridian Dayforce or other HRIS systems is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present information, respond to employee and management questions, and work independently and within a team.
  • High attention to quality, detail, and correctness.
  • Fluency in English sufficient to perform job duties.
