Client Services – Account Manager – UK
As an Account Manager in our Client Services Department, you will cultivate and maintain relationships with clients in a diverse and challenging business climate.
You will support our business targets by delivering sales results, managing activities from lead generation through contract signing and client follow‑ups, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
Essential Functions (Duties And Responsibilities)
- Meet with clients to negotiate and secure business and maintain relationships
- Deliver sales presentations to clients
- Ensure clients receive professional, courteous, and timely support and service
- Maintain a strong understanding of gaming regulations, processes, and procedures
- Support and implement strategic plans to accomplish company goals
- Forecast client activity and set performance goals accordingly
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs
- Maintain a strong understanding of GLI Services, tools, and training offerings
- Maintain all CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, including Salesforce or any other platform, with information on assigned clients
- Maintain records of all visits and telephone contacts for assigned regulatory clients within the database daily
- Generate reports as required
- Participate in tradeshows and/or regulatory conferences when necessary
- Coordinate In‑Service training classes and field inspections/audits for clients when appropriate
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Required Education And Other Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Certification, formal training, experience, or demonstrated competency may be evaluated and considered in lieu of the educational requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Required Skills/Experience
- Minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Gaming, Marketing, Sales, and/or customer service fields
- Certification, formal training, education, or demonstrated competency may be evaluated and considered in lieu of the experience requirements
- Preference for a minimum of 3 years of previous sales/development experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Share Point, and CRM
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from external and internal parties, including large audiences
- Highly motivated, pro‑active self‑starter with excellent time‑management skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position
- Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with internal and external parties
- Ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to quality, detail, and correctness
