GiG's Product Training team handles external operator as well as internal staff training on subjects ranging across the whole iGaming industry and GiG's products. We play a key role in launching new and exciting Casino and Sportsbook brands, as well as being responsible for the training of GiG employees and GiG's internal brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver induction and product training to internal GiG operators and GiG staff.
- Deliver Escalations training to all staff using the GiG Core platform.
- Maintain existing documentation and teaching resources.
- GiG internal help desk for product related questions.
- Maintain the team's knowledge sharing channels.
- Contribute to the company's culture of learning.
- Aid in the delivery of the team's development projects and objectives.
Requirements
- University level English language skills, with a proven ability to write extensive documents.
- Extensive project management abilities, able to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent time-management and can work unsupervised for the most part.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, teaching and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to quickly learn all aspects of technical software product.
- Excellent reading and writing skills.
- Experience training staff in a medium/large size business.
- Strong passion for learning new skills, tools, processes, and techniques and teaching that knowledge to others.
- Ability to travel to client sites to deliver training, sometimes with short notice.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural team environment.
- Ability to apply and adjust training techniques in accordance with the audience's needs and training content.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, English or Business discipline preferred.
