We're looking for a capable contract Programme Manager to play an important role in our global subscriptions transformation. Reporting to the Senior Director for Migration & Marketing Integration, you will be responsible for the end-to-end programme delivery. You will also oversee the detailed systems analysis for our subscription platform migration across all UK brands. You will lead the execution, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams, while also capturing complex business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear, technical documentation for our Product and Engineering teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape a strategically significant area of the business by ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical outcomes.
As the Programme Manager of the UK migration, you will manage the planning and execution of all UK brand migrations, alongside the detailed requirements analysis and documentation. You will capture and document the unique requirements of UK brands, ensuring that you deliver them smoothly and align them with the overall roadmap and approach of the global programme. You will coordinate the delivery of the migration across the UK portfolio, working with Marketing Project Leads, Product, Technology, Subscriptions, Brand and Legal. This includes managing programme governance and ensuring that the company meets all business and system needs through clear analysis and specification. We are looking for both programme leadership and hands-on systems analysis. You will be responsible for risk and issue management, dependency tracking across the UK workstream, and for producing the key analysis documentation. By successfully managing the programme and defining the system requirements across all UK brands, you will play a critical role in the success of the global programme and help secure the future growth of our subscriptions business.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve:
- Experience delivering Digital or IT projects.
- Experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, focused on requirements gathering.
- Stakeholder management, and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience analysing and interpreting data.
- Work across time zones with occasional early or late meetings.
- Experience in Programme or Project Management combined with proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally within digital, IT, or subscription-based environments.
- A track record of delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation, including writing functional specifications, user stories, and managing requirements traceability.
- Expertise in agile delivery methodologies, and able to adapt to evolving business needs.
