Our Manufacturing goal is to make the right products in the right volumes at the right time, to the agreed standard and in the most efficient and sustainable manner. In doing this, we need to maintain and improve the facilities, equipment and infrastructure we have in place now, whilst also introducing new equipment and technologies to support our capacity growth.
As Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will work alongside the Engineering Manager and Project Management team to ensure the safe delivery of large scale technically complex projects, within both Manufacturing and Estates. In this role, you will be recognised as an Engineering subject matter expert, providing clear insight and expertise for a wide range of Manufacturing and Estate operations, with a specific emphasis on Plastics Manufacturing. Where required, you will provide mentorship and guidance to our existing Engineers and Engineering apprentices, ensuring that your input aligns to our policies and our goals.
