We have a fantastic opportunity to join the busy, friendly team in our Bugman's Bar located at Warhammer World in Lenton, Nottingham. Named in honour of legendary brew-master, Josef Bugman, Bugman's Bar offers our visitors filling meals, coffee and cake, refreshing beers and soft drinks.
Our Bar Staff supports Bugman's bar and restaurant by delivering exceptional customer service to every customer, every time. With your commitment to upholding exceptional standards of quality, you will enjoy engaging with a wide variety of customers at pace, always understanding what is important to them, and keeping a smile on your face.
As well as serving food and drink, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the appropriate Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Service standards, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, and assisting with the smooth running of the bar. This can be a remarkably busy role, so we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, where every moment counts, and quick action is essential.
We are looking for someone who will be willing to take ownership of their decisions and actions. We know that it can be tough to provide consistently exceptional standards of service to every customer no matter what, but you will receive full training and the support of a fantastic, friendly team.
Bar or retail experience gained within a busy, customer-facing environment is required for this fast-paced role. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours a week, covering various shifts, 5 days over 7, including weekends and evenings. Flexibility around working times is required.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.
In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and option to join our Share Save scheme. Oh and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products.
