Are you passionate about the worlds of Warhammer? Do you have the skills and the drive to help our partners take the grim darkness of the far future or the arcane majesty of the Mortal Realms and make the best possible Warhammer Licensed products? We are looking for a new Brand Assurance Representative to join our busy Licensing and Media team – where identifying details, researching our IP, and articulating its distinctiveness are what really matters – and if you can do that with myriad product types all the better!

The successful candidate will need a strong Warhammer knowledge base to ensure all projects authentically represent our universes. Creative judgement is a must; you’ll need an instinct for when a product will appeal to Warhammer fans, shows great innovative design and is of a best in class quality. Our fans and customers expect that every Warhammer product is of the highest quality, and in this role, you’ll make sure that’s what they get.

An influential and a strong communicator, you will be an ambassador for Warhammer, helping us maintain a positive reputation as a great partner and licensor; you’ll do this by building and maintaining productive relationships with various internal teams and external partners. That means taking challenges on board readily, finding effective solutions, and promptly relaying feedback in a clear, comprehensive and courteous manner.

Of course, part of this role is also to help us protect Warhammer by fastidiously researching subjects, tracking submissions and approvals, and keeping diligent records of our assets. All that might sound like a lot, but we know for the right candidate, it’s super exciting. So if you want to be involved in taking the Warhammer brand to new audiences through premium apparel, collectable statues, action figures and more, we’re looking forward to hearing from you.

At Games Workshop we are looking for people who will do their best to understand the needs of the company and to put those needs first when they are at work. Because of this we believe that what you are like, hence the attitude you show to work and the way you choose to behave is even more important than your skills and experience.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and option to join our Share Save scheme. Oh and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!

This role is a hybrid role, where you can expect to be at our UK headquarters in Nottingham 1-2 days per week.

The closing date for applications is midnight, UK time, on Sunday 8th February 2026.

To apply, please send us a letter or a video telling us why you want this job. This is a great opportunity for you to let us know that you understand what we are looking for. Please include an up-to-date CV to support your application. When you’re ready, please click apply, below.
