With more than 550 stores all around the world, serving as the gateway to the worlds of Warhammer, our stores are a unique kind of shop! They are the best place to learn about our miniatures and discover the worlds of Warhammer. Our retail staff are the first point of contact. It is their job to introduce people to our Worlds and help them fulfil their Warhammer aspirations.
If you are passionate about championing the Warhammer hobby in your local town or city, a career in Games Workshop retail could be waiting for you. As a Warhammer representative, you will be responsible for welcoming new customers into the worlds of Warhammer by providing hands-on hobby guidance and creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for all our customers. You will also make decisions that will help grow the store and keep the Warhammer hobby alive in the local community.
We are looking for someone who is customer focused, cheerful and professional, who can turn every customer interaction into a positive and memorable experience. In return, we will provide you with all the training and support you need to be successful in this role.
