We are actively recruiting for the position of Store Resource Coordinator. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation of our retail operations, processes, and standards in our retail stores in the UK and Ireland.
The ideal candidate is someone who is a collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful individual who can effectively work with other departments, respond positively to change, and find creative solutions to overcome challenges.
You will be responsible for utilising all available resources to ensure that stores in transition or during a manager’s absence remain open while providing a positive and customer-focused service. Furthermore, you will assess requirements and ensure compliance with Games Workshop policies and procedures whilst covering areas such as stock management, banking, merchandising, and health and safety.
Collaborating with the Retail Store Management Team, based in Nottingham (UK), you will support territory needs and contribute to the overall Retail Strategy. As the role requires extensive travel and overnight stays across the UK and Ireland, the successful candidate should be prepared to drive long distances on a regular basis.
