Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity to join our merchandising team to support our growing retail estate globally! To succeed in this unique role, you are passionate about making sure our retail stores have the right products, at the right time, and ensuring our stores get the best level of help and support so they can focus on being the best places for our customers to explore our hobby.

Integrity is at the core of everything we do, and we are looking for someone who demonstrates unwavering honesty, even when faced with complex decisions or situations. Playing a critical role in communicating with our global retail estate and being on hand to problem solve stock and product issues for our stores requires someone who can maintain a high standard of performance while providing clear and concise information to both the direct team and a range of global teams including Retail, Marketing, and the wider Merchandising team.

You will be an excellent communicator with strong analytical skills and passionate about getting the job done at pace. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail or merchandise, ideally with some stock management and customer service experience, and be able to turn their hand to multiple stock management systems. Strong Excel and Google Suite skills will be beneficial.

In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and option to join our Share Save scheme. Oh and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
