Do you have an unwavering belief in how we run retail at Games Workshop? We are looking for somebody who is driven to learn and grow, quickly forming a complete understanding of this role. You will operate closely with the Group Online and Retail Manager, Retail Territory Managers, and work together with other relevant internal departments to ensure retail is supported in the best way possible. This job will always add value by making good decisions that are considerate of the impacts on our people, our customers, and the business as a whole. You will deliver agreed plans to support retail needs to the highest quality and better! You will need to be firm in your dealings with all departments to ensure we continue to grow our customer base and local communities. As such, having managed Warhammer stores will be of high importance in this role. You will be representing retail by participating in a broad scope of related projects and associated meetings, working with other managers at all levels. Also, fully understanding our commercial property matters and costs base will be an ongoing process. The successful candidate will be able to respond positively to change and have the ability to adapt their approach in response to any given situation. This also includes being able to work autonomously, ensuring the Group Online and Retail Manager does not get distracted with unnecessary detail. Being able to take thoughts, ideas, and visions and turning them into working, practical solutions that are in-line with your complete understanding of our Retail Strategy is key.
