We have exciting opportunities for talented Paint Setters to join our busy, Head Office site in Nottingham!

In this role, you are responsible for setting paint, injection moulding and injection blow moulding machines and supporting and training the wider team of paint operatives to make sure that the paint cell is working as effectively as possible. Being knowledgeable in your field you will have the confidence to recommend modifications with material and colour changes within the paint production area, always ensuring you focus on productivity and quality.

Part of this interesting role is to identify the cause of any problems and rectify these using your knowledge of CI methods and root cause analysis skills ensuring you utilise your skills in collaboration to coach other team members and delegate tasks where appropriate.

By maximising machine utilisation & overall equipment effectiveness you will ensure minimal wastage, leaking, and spillage, to effectively keep costs down.

To succeed in this role you will have extensive knowledge of operating a paint line. You will have machine setting experience, gained within a fast paced, manufacturing operation and a keen eye for detail You will thrive in an environment focussed on teamwork, always supporting an operation where high level of GMP standards are maintained throughout the shop floor to ensure a safe working environment for all Games Workshop employees.
