Our manufacturing team priorities are to make the right products in the right volumes at the right time to the agreed standard in the most efficient manner. This is delivered through high performing teams using integrated systems with clear, timely information and metrics to provide clarity on performance.
Your key responsibilities will be to ensure that all forecasts, orders and shipments are processed accurately and on time to meet agreed customer schedules. Being comfortable communicating effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels, you will work closely with each to ensure all timescales and needs are met whilst using a methodical approach to processing all forecasts across multiple countries.
Using your effective organisational skills you will schedule all production on time, consistently checking daily progress as well as ensuring that all key schedules are updated. Booking transport on time and ensuring that all relevant invoices and packing lists are sent to customers will ensure you utilise your skills in time management.
With attention to accuracy and a keen eye for detail you will request quotes and place purchase orders from suppliers and track deliveries ensuring all orders and shipments are credit approved as well as issuing pick lists. You will be an excellent problem solver with a can-do attitude, being keen to research and recommend solutions, and having both the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will demonstrate a strong commitment to consistency working with teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed with the highest level of accuracy while remaining inquisitive to support the optimisation of planning processes. Having previous experience of commercial planning within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, your Excel knowledge will be strong combined with meticulous diligence and a focused approach while working on numerous tasks will make you a perfect candidate!
