Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Product Development Manager to join our studio mobile apps team to support the delivery of our studio product release plan, in the most efficient way possible. Organised and solution orientated, you’ll have your finger on the pulse when it comes to knowing the progress of current projects. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the product vision and roadmap in alignment with the team, studio and business objectives.

We’ll look to you to create a clear delivery plan where you will be involved with facilitating product discovery sessions, workshops and training to gather requirements and resolve any potential barriers to ensure delivery within budget, to a high quality and on time. Passionate about people, this role will see you leading a team of creatives and technical specialists to deliver high quality products on time. You’ll foster a high performing and collaborative team culture through regular performance reviews and coaching and development support, where you’ll drive a focus on proactivity, accountability and continuous improvement.

Highly collaborative and relationship focused, you’ll work closely with a range of teams across the studio to ensure our mobile platforms reflect the best of their ideas, while supporting and underpinning the Warhammer hobby. You’ll make data driven decisions using analytics, feedback and performance metrics to create detailed product briefs and to ensure alignment with the department’s overarching plan.

Determined to reach your goals, you’ll demonstrate a strong work ethos as you collaborate across the business to enhance product range profitability. We’ll look to you to identify and manage product risk and technical constraints as you stay abreast of emerging technologies in the app development world, to drive innovation and provide Games Workshop with a competitive advantage.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking. In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and option to join our Share Save scheme. Oh and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!

Other Essential Information: This role is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be onsite in our Nottingham office 4 days a week. The closing date for applications is midnight, UK time, on Sunday 22nd February 2026.
