We are looking for an experienced Business Data Process Analyst with a background in procurement planning & forecasting systems and processes, looking for their next challenge. This role sits within our internal Buying & Merchandising team. If you are motivated by working with the wider business to ensure that our processes are fit for purpose, this could be the role for you.
Working with the team and staff across the business, you will be responsible for defining new requirements as a result of business change and working with other functions to deliver them. You are also responsible for identifying areas of change within the function due to system or data improvements as part of business-wide projects.
Your core responsibility in this unique role will be to translate business needs through to a fully delivered solution that adds value, using your practical knowledge of buying and merchandising. You will be a clear communicator with strong experience in a similar role, fully understanding the supply chain, planning, and process to represent the team in project meetings.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in business analysis within a procurement division of a busy, manufacturing organisation, alongside business process mapping and optimisation skills. Advanced knowledge of Google Suite would be advantageous.
At Games Workshop, we are looking for people who will do their best to understand the needs of the company and to put those needs first when they are at work. Because of this, we believe that what you are like, hence the attitude you show to work and the way you choose to behave is even more important than your skills and experience.
The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.
In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and option to join our Share Save scheme. Oh and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
