As a key member of our HR team your role will play a critical part in improving our HR operations across the employee lifecycle by identifying systems gaps and developing solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR systems and data. Working with key stakeholders, you will design, implement, maintain, test, troubleshoot, train, and support the enhancement of our systems architecture to improve our processes, streamline data management and facilitate informed decision making. You will report into the Head of HR, and work closely with the rest of the HR team.
What you will be doing...
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and integration of HR systems, including our HRIS, benefits administration, recruitment ATS and learning platform.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR systems vendors, managing relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Analyse and improve HR processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiencies.
- Managing and maintaining our human resources information systems (HRIS) ensuring data accuracy and providing analytical support across the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the HRIS and develop and implement solutions to deliver the best employee experience.
- Primary point of contact for HR systems inquiries and user support, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather systems requirements and develop solutions to meet HR and business needs.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to identify and resolve discrepancies and improve overall data accuracy and integrity in line with best practices and technology trends.
- Produce and share HR Reports and dashboards with timely and meaningful insights that helps to inform business decisions.
How you will do it...
- Experience managing and enhancing Sage HRIS or equivalent complex suite of HR systems in a similar role.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyse processes, data and suggest relevant solutions.
- High level of accuracy in data management.
- Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate and partner with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiar with HR compliance and regulations.
- Tech savvy and curiosity for technology trends.

- Stage three: Up to 1 hr teams call interview with HR, Finance & IT.
