As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with a portfolio of key, high-value customers, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring long-term partnership success. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve partner performance
- Lead commercial discussions, including promotions and agreements
- Proactively monitor account performance and provide insights to internal teams
- Deliver structured account planning to stay ahead of customer needs and challenges
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Games, Operations) to ensure effective delivery and promotion of content
- Work closely with Product and Games teams to ensure content is delivered and promoted effectively
- Gather and share customer feedback to support future product development
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service
- Proactively solve problems and identify ways to improve performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in account management, partnerships, or sales, preferably within an e-gaming, casino, or B2B Gaming environment
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence in handling negotiations
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset
