The Opportunity
We’re offering a rare employed role for a Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser (ideally CAS). Unlike most positions, you won’t be left to generate all your own clients:
- You’ll have qualified new appointments provided directly into your diary every week by our call centre team.
- On top of that, you’ll inherit a core client bank of business owners and entrepreneurs to manage and grow.
This is a chance to focus on what you do best: delivering expert financial advice and building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising entrepreneurs and SME directors on pensions, business protection, investments, and wider financial planning.
- Managing both new qualified leads and an existing client bank.
- Providing specialist advice in key areas such as shareholder protection, key person cover, relevant life policies, SIPPs, and retirement planning.
- Working closely with our paraplanning and compliance teams to deliver a high-quality, FCA-compliant service.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent).
- CAS status preferred (support available for sign-off if needed).
- Solid technical knowledge of pensions and protection planning.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with business owners.
- Positive, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
