Overview

Role Description: This is a part-time (full-time considered) role for a Venue Manager located in Royal Leamington Spa. The Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue and bar, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling food and beverage orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth, creating staff training programs, and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
