12 month fixed term contract (ideally starting 8th September 2025).
Hybrid with two days working from our Sheffield Studio (Tuesdays + one flexible day).
As Junior Project Manager (PMO) you will support the Director of PMO and key project stakeholders across the business to manage and coordinate various aspects of the PMO office, including reporting, project planning, comms and taking the lead on smaller projects as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage key project and resource reporting processes.
Coordinate and facilitate project planning activities.
Build an understanding of project schedules and stakeholder management.
Support project managers in executing project plans.
Monitor project progress and create timely, accurate reports on project status.
Be responsible for the PMO team’s internal communication materials, maintaining Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams channels (as well as internal tools).
Ability to work independently on small, less complex projects with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate an understanding of project management methodologies and be able to apply this knowledge to active projects.
Conduct project risk assessments and support mitigation activities.
Identify and implement process improvements for project delivery.
Assist in conducting research and analysis for project initiatives.
Assist in the development of project budgets and cost tracking.
Facilitate project meetings and document action items.

Microsoft Co-Pilot tools (Excel, Word, PPT, SharePoint, Teams).
Desirable: Exposure to Games or Games Production, Atlassian Products (Confluence, Jira) and creating training.
PM qualifications would be desirable but not necessary.
