Digital Operations & Readiness Coordinator

Role Overview

This role reports into the digital operations and business readiness team responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of PS Direct digital storefront updates, including new product launches, sales events, and strategic projects.

The coordinator assists in go-to-market readiness activities and provides hands-on support in maintaining content, imagery, and assets for PlayStation Direct.

What you\’ll be doing:

  1. Business Readiness support
  2. Maintain operational briefing documents and workflows, ensuring accurate capture of merchandising needs and supporting team coordination.
  3. Manage PS Direct creative tickets, ensuring briefs\’ accuracy and timely delivery of materials.
  4. Track customer experience feedback and NPS following product releases and promotions.
  • Digital Operations support
  • Collaborate with the Digital Content team to prepare assets for launches and projects.
  • Edit images and videos to specified formats and sizes, maintaining quality.
  • Assist in localization and translation processes.
  • Manage content metadata within relevant systems.
  • Support site maintenance and updates, perform QA checks to ensure consistency with briefs.
  • Qualifications

    • Experience in retail e-commerce, preferably in consumer electronics or video game software.
    • 2+ years using e-commerce content tools/platforms like SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris and Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.
    • Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Media Encoder.
    • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
    • Flexible, proactive, and discreet.
