This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ. As part of the People Partnering team, you will support a range of stakeholders and will report directly into the Head of People Performance. This role has the scope to make a huge impact on the performance of Frasers Group as you will be partnering with stakeholders, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives. We are looking for someone to create and implement a People Plan for business areas with actions that support the delivery of the overall Frasers Group People strategy.
Main focus areas will be organisation design, ensuring roles and structures are fit for purpose, talent attraction, retention and development to support succession planning, along with supporting Managers to proactively manage employee relation issues. You will work collaboratively with other People teams to deliver transformational change projects and act as a visible advocate for our purpose and values, creating an environment where our values are demonstrated consistently. This will feed into you identifying and building best practice frameworks, solutions, processes and tools that can be used in the business to enhance people/business performance to achieve our vision.
Qualifications
- Diverse industry & HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in fast paced, multi-location & complex businesses
- Experience partnering various Head Office functions
- Experience as part of a high performing team within a highly customer centric service or retail environment
- Hands on knowledge and experience in all aspects of employee lifecycle including talent management, retention, organisational design, and engagement
- Ability to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade and influence
- Able to shape & lead initiatives/change projects
- Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change
- Assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks
