Working in our purpose built IT Workshop, you will take responsibility of hardware queries and requests that come from our head office, stores and warehouses across the UK and beyond.
Providing IT hardware support to all aspects of the business via our ticket systems, logging detailed information about each issue.
Building, repairing, updating and maintaining all IT hardware across the business to ensure optimum uptime and availability.
Maintaining the company asset register and ensuring the IT asset life cycle from receipt through to disposal.
Assisting the broader IT teams with preparation and delivery of hardware for implementation.
Writing and updating technical documentation to ensure the team is kept up to date with knowledge.
Confidently owning end user tickets right through to resolution.
This role is based full time at our Shirebrook HQ Mon - Fri working a rotational shift pattern of 8am-5pm.
