Overview:
An opportunity has arisen for an event day Till Operators staff to join us on a casual basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide guests with an excellent customer experience serving a variety of food and drinks in our in-house concessions outlets.
Hours of work:
This role is offered on a Casual Worker basis with no guarantee of work.
Shift assignments are fully flexible and may include early starts, late finishes and weekend working
Rates of pay for this role start from £12.21p/h inclusive of holiday pay per hour which rises to £13.68 per hour.
Job Description
- Providing all customers at the CBS Arena with excellent customer service
- Serving food and drinks to all guests of the CBS Arena
- Preparing hot drinks to a specialty standard
- Preparing hot food to be served within our concessions units
- Interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service for our guests
- To get involved in stock management processes ensuring that the correct amount of stock is accessible and counted at all times throughout service.
- Ensuring the concessions unit is clean and ready for service throughout the day
- To adhere with cash handling and profit control measures
- Taking orders from clients and customers and utilising the till system where necessary to accurately take orders.
- Cash handling/using tills.
- To adhere to the policies and standards of the CBS Arena including; Cash Handling, Stock Management, Health & Safety and Food Safety.

- You will be well-presented, articulate and organised and have friendly personality.
