Game District is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale paid user acquisition across our mobile game portfolio. You’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth through performance marketing, creative iteration, and continuous optimization across key channels. This is a hands‑on role with full ownership of UA performance and budget impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage paid user acquisition strategy across major channels
- Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns to hit ROAS, LTV, and CPI targets
- Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to test and scale winning concepts
- Lead creative testing strategy: briefs, iteration cycles, and performance analysis
- Monitor attribution and performance using MMPs and BI tools
- Manage UA budgets and forecasting with a strong ROI mindset
- Stay on top of industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging channels
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, preferably in mobile gaming
- Strong understanding of mobile marketing KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention)
- Deep hands‑on experience with major ad platforms
