Role Overview
Playtech’s GamesLink unit is seeking a results‑oriented Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic clients. This role is ideal for professionals who are proactive, commercially driven, and passionate about building strong client relationships in the online gaming space. The Account Manager will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and ensuring long‑term customer success through tailored support and performance optimisation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of assigned B2B customers, developing long‑term relationships and driving revenue growth.

- Serve as a day‑to‑day contact and escalation point for all customer queries and concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements

- A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering business results and client satisfaction.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
