As a strategic business partner to the Product Madness General Manager, the Vice President, Finance plays a crucial role as a senior leader in the Aristocrat Finance organization. This role is accountable for ensuring strong financial stewardship, shaping the company’s growth strategy, and enabling smarter, faster decisions through insights and analysis. The VP Finance will coordinate all aspects of financial planning, reporting and decision support with emphasis on strategic:
- Shaping long‑term value creation, resource prioritisation, and growth investments;
- Ensuring robust reporting, compliance, governance, and scalable processes in a regulated, matrix environment;
- Focusing on revenue drivers, risk management and effective cost management.
This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer of Aristocrat with a dotted line to the General Manager, Product Madness.
