What You'll Do

  • Work with collaborators, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to facilitate and complete project intake and discovery efforts.
  • Maintain a transparent, up-to-date status of projects and provide relevant reporting.
  • Champion process optimization, enable beneficial change, and sustain a culture dedicated to relentless improvement.
  • Define and track key benchmarks and metrics to evaluate the health and efficiency of project management practices.
  • Conduct detailed project discovery activities to gather requirements, analyze risks and dependencies, and define project scope and success criteria.
  • Lead regular project reviews to evaluate project performance, risks, and issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate change management efforts, measure efficiency, and adjust as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new tools, and methodologies connected to project management, argument development, and change management.
  • Ensure alignment with governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Adapt and contribute to the overall success of the project management practice within the organization.
  • Coordinate release planning activities across multiple projects.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business collaborators regarding release status, timelines, and potential impacts.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • More than 6 years of applicable experience as a Project Manager, directing strategic project intake, discovery, end-to-end delivery, and change management for several initiatives.
  • Outstanding critical thinking and analytical skills, aligning operational project objectives with business goals, delivering tangible results, and continuous process improvement.
  • Specialist in project management methodologies, frameworks, and standard processes, with proficiency in both Agile approaches (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal talents combined with the skill to impact and engage collaboratively with associates across all tiers.
  • Strong experience managing complex operational projects in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in reporting status, risks, issues, and resource utilization to collaborators and leadership.
  • Proven leadership qualities, with the capacity to motivate and uplift cross-functional teams while nurturing a culture of excellence.
  • Familiarity with resource management, capacity planning tools, and techniques.
  • Knowledge & experience working with Jira & Confluence.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of software development workflows, automated deployment processes, and collaborative coding platforms.
  • AgilePM, PgMP, PMP or CSM certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the gaming or entertainment technology sector - nice to have.
  • Passion for mobile games & the social casino category.
